I love it when artists can add their own charm and style to fanart, and I think they really went the extra mile with this. Not only is it visually pleasing with great use of tones and color, it has a nice touch of humor, too (the poor little drone!) The artist has made their own interpretation of how the Irkens could have evolved before all the technology, and this is a really neat take on it."

Innovation in fractal art isn't about what variations or formulas you use. It's about how you use them. Das Model by =Fiery-Fire demonstrates great innovative control of a fairly common Apophysis variation through an unique texture, composition, and a great gradient. This is definitely one of the best pieces by this artist so far. Don't disappoint yourself by passing it up!

I was concerned when I received a note titled "DD Suggestion featuring a lethal kitten", but It's true.... by ~wisekidk is a great stamp. It's funny and well animated, and I'm sure most cat owners have had this thought at least once.

With a fantastic amount of details, excellent sense of looming darkness and power, and beautifully rendered effects, this characters rendition matches it's thoroughly detailed backstory. goldilocks by =despair comes with a great amount of detail in the focus and a very well working mix of colors. This is one gorgeous example of macro photography that shows us that spiders aren't frightening only but also very fascinating and beautiful.
